  1. Lightning sales down 42 percent in May

Do you put a lot of stock into info coming from our media?
  2. Protecting Cloth Seats in 2024 Flash

I prefer cloth seats over leather, leatherette and such, as well. And agree with Zaptor, the cloth will get dirty. So, I use Cover King covers. Have no issues, taking them off and washing, when needed. The last thing I'd want is to spray toxic carcinogenic chemicals on my seats. Just my opinion.
  3. BYD export ship

But these are "Chinese junk", right? ... lol
  4. Lightning sales down 42 percent in May

To answer your question: not getting nervous. Should I? I love the truck. Is the sky falling?
  5. Installed the EIBACH PRO-TRUCK-LIFT Stage 1 on my 2023 Ford F-150 Lightning Platinum

Do the tires rub on a full turn, just wondering? Also, just my personal preference, I'd rather have wheels with proper offset instead of wheel spacers. With a heavy vehicle like ours, that would feel more secure to me. But, the truck looks good, nonetheless! Please report back with mi/kwh before...
  6. Rough Country 3" level on Toyo AT3 EV tires

OEM is generally not that great of a quality. Also, it requires taking apart the coilovers to replace the shock. Why not use better performance springs at the same time. No extra labor, but a good improvement. Sort of like, when a timing belt is replaced on an ICE vehicle, people replace the...
  7. Rough Country 3" level on Toyo AT3 EV tires

Generally speaking Eibach and moreover Fox are much better quality than Rough Country. I had RC coilovers on my RAM 1500 for over 60k with no issues. I find Eibach to be on par with Bilstein. Fox suspension is expected to be top quality and much more expensive. One thing if I were to upgrade...
  8. Rough Country 3" level on Toyo AT3 EV tires

2" level would probably look better, IMO. However, that would not fix the rattling issue or harsh ride. I think better shocks would soften it. As far as rattling goes, due to the change in geometry, something is maybe touching around the coilovers or UCA's. Or could be as simple as a loose item...
  9. Anyone in the 200,000 mile club yet?

Just rolled over 30k. 18 months old truck. Love it! No issues, thank God! Had to replace front grill due a rock flung from another vehicle, a while ago. Oh, and I recently learned of economical benefits of minding a speed limit. Driving like an exemplary motorist now. Yes, I learn...
  10. Tesla Supercharger damaged By Fire (Possibly Arson) is Repaired In Less Than 48 Hours

BTW, those new Model Y's look very good and moderately priced :)
  11. Tesla Supercharger damaged By Fire (Possibly Arson) is Repaired In Less Than 48 Hours

That sounds like justifying terrorism. Would you be ok with Jan 6th riots? How about violent BLM attacks?
  12. Washington A2Z NACS to CCS1 Adapter

For sale NACS to CCS1 adapter by A2Z. Case included. No manual, no box. Used once to make sure it works. Received one from Ford a few weeks ago. Now have two. $150, shipping included to continental US.
  13. Used to be a big Discount Tire fan, but they're losing me little by little

The push comes from the top. Do more with fewer techs, so, they have to work faster and the quality of work suffers. I had a conversation with a kid working in one of those oil change places. He said, sometimes the techs would skip replacing the oil filter and only change oil, in order to keep...
  14. Safety Program: 25S18 aka 25V131: HV Battery Electrode Misalignment Discussion

09/2023. No recalls, no CSP, according to Ford website.
  15. Won’t charge up to 300+ miles

Driving at 2.6 mi/kWh would give you 335 mi of range. Here's a helpful resource, created by one of our forum members. https://lightningcalcs.pages.dev/
  16. 2024 F-150 Lightning XLT on Toyo Open Country A/T 3 tires + electric blue accents

This is significant drop. To each their own, though. I may actually do that too, at some point.
  17. Alternative tail light replacements?

What a rip off, ugh. Good luck with taking care of the issue. Need more aftermarket support.
