It's synced but it does not show any information at all. Are y'all able to see the information on "insights" regarding your charging because mine is not uploading or showing!!!

FordPass and CSP finally connected today but I am not able to see the charge log on the FordPass nor are my preferred charging setting available. Does anyone know what is going on with FordPass?

How? I have not even gotten one OTA! I have a 23 Lariat as well that I purchased in December 23. Is there anything I need to do on my end? I just thought since I got my vehicle at the end of 2023, that I would be on the tail end to get the OTA.

I got my 23 Lariet in December and I have not had one OTA update, am I the only one since it was late in the year?

I have yet to receive my Pro Charger and it has been over a month!! Is there anything I can do to expedite the situation? I already have a case# and an email informing me of some glitch.
