About 10 percent of the time when I leave the truck the other 3 doors are locked from the outside. Does anyone know why this happens?

I should know this but how much of the battery is used when you are plugged in while warming up the cabin ?

About every 1 in 10 times that I get in the lightning I get this chime sound about 300 feet down the road. Any idea what that might be?

I am sorry.The build date was December 22 . The dealership said they know what trucks have the problem and they are shipping new modules and it would have been a recall. Is 23 better then 22 ?

Build date is March 2022. Mileage 16500. Should I be paranoid about this happening again. I like to take the lightning up north on the weekend. About 150 miles 1 way.

Bad module. Dealer had it just 6 days. Treated us great. Is this something that could happen again?

They ordered a new module. They are going to try that. There is now 4 lightnings at the dealership with similar issues.

They think it is the battery. There is also another lightning there with the same issue. It is R E Barber Ford in Holland MI

Almost 60 degrees in west michigan Have not heard from the dealership yet.

Screens were all on. Tried both fobs. Message above icon said exit vehicle immediately because there was a high or low temp on the battery. Truck was sitting through 18 holes of golf.

Display showing icon for high or low battery temperature. Truck had 60% charge and had been sitting for 4 hours. Had it towed to dealer and have not received a call yet. Any idea what this could be. 16K miles and first issue.
