Yes the voltage matches regardless of where I measure it. I get 240VAC while charging.

When the unit is reset, I get 120VAC on each leg. Same when charging. Only when it cuts out do I get a lower voltage on 1 leg.

My version appears in the FordPass app as offline, version 2.112.91:2.149:1.32:1.53:0.62. Even after the factory reset I'm not able to connect to it and do not see the Network ID when I power up the charger.

Forgot to mention that after my initial setup with Wifi, I can no longer see the station on the network even after a factory reset.
