Seems the dealer found it. Ground wire broke under the dash around the floor board where the harness comes from the driver's door. Seems the connector was either loose from factory or not properly crimped and finally broke. They are swapping it out now and doing some software updates they saw...

Nothing noticeable from first glance.

There is no apparent issue with the door connection and nothing seems loose. To the dealer tomorrow to see if they can promptly resolve.
