    I think you'll be surprised by how much tire pressure plays a role in your efficiency. I believe most of the factory tires call for 36psi. I typically run mine closer to 40.

    In regards to the range impact of running the heater, It's worth pointing out that the 2022 and 2023 model years use resistive type heaters. 2024 model years will ship with heat pumps instead which should provide a slight improvement in cold weather range.
  6. New guy problems

    If by chance you live in an older home (built pre-1970) its possible that your outlet may not be grounded. The ford "charger" will not function without a ground. I ran into this problem before installing a dedicated 240v outlet in my 1950's built home.
