    Make sure you don't have an anti-virus or Firewall app that is blocking access. I've been having the same problem and there was an app called Lockdown that was causing issues with the fordpass app. I turned the firewall app off and now I can see all my charge settings and charge logs.

    You were right. I did't think about that because the app was able to see the range but not the charging preferences. I have an app called Lockdown and didn't realize it was blocking access. Thank you so much for the idea. That would have driven me crazy because I would have never figured that out.

    I disconnected the negative battery terminal and waited about 10 minutes. Closed the Fordpass app. Reconnected the battery and then opened the app. I can see the range, Lock & Unlock,.     Do you think if I disconnect the battery and "cycled" the truck it would "talk" to the app. I'm nervous about disconnecting the battery because these trucks can be very finicky and I don' t want to cause some other issue.

    I deleted the Fordpass app and Deleted the vehicle and did a factory reset and still have no access to charge settings or departure times in the app.
