Same boat - but had truck in dealer for battery module replacement. They did update the modules and csp's that were out there so I was able to use Forscan to turn on 1.4
Received vehicle back - about 5 weeks for the repair. After a few days all seems good - they did some updates as I have the walk away lock which is pretty handy
So I had my truck in for a battery module replacement. I asked them to update to 1.4 and that was on the loaner I was driving. They said they couldn't. They had someone onsite from FORD who said they would be rolling 1.4 out in 3 phases whatever that means and they were currently in phase 1...

same boat here
Truck still at dealer because the battery module is on backorder for another 10 days or so. Very frustrating but they did give me a loaner and it was a brand new ICE F150 which makes it even more frustrating having to pay for gas! I bet I'm without my truck for 2 months before...
Add mine to the heap - 23 LER. 19K miles, received the wrench and 57% power today. No other previous issues. Guessing bad battery module?
Build date of 11/22
I used my ford supplied adapter on a 1000 mile round trip a few weeks back. EA is nowhere near as reliable and the Tesla SC network is great and no reason for any range anxiety whatsoever as locations are everywhere. They really need to lengthen the charge cords though as some of the stops it...
Received mine in the mail today from Ford but have no need for it. $500+shipping. If interested let me know, I can snap a pic but I haven't even opened the box yet.
