Same thing with my XLT, nothing I read in the forums fixed the issue. Took the dealership a week to figure out what was wrong because nothing was sending errors to the computer. In the end they replaced the frunk struts and it’s worked fine since.

My 23 XLT with tow tech and max trailer package shows the scale was removed on the window sticker.
