you may have gotten a bad battery. That is a Korean battery and it took me 3 before i had a good one. Did you charge it before you installed it? couldn’t you just have Ford replace it under warranty?

I had some updates done at the dealership and had this problem as well. The “fix” is to charge to 100% at home. When done, disconnect from the charger and you should be back to square one again. Nick I think it tells you what to do when you try to set home.
