Battery swelling too
Check all connections on the battery. I mean ALL connections.
i found them loose and somewhat oxidized. Check under the BMS on the negative terminal. Mine was not tight and could hear a hissing sound like a loose connection. I cleaned the oxidation off the contact...
I thought it was just me. It’s been doing this for a while. I just replaced the swollen battery for a NAPA and it makes no difference.
(Dealer said they swell sometimes?????)
Check your 12 volt battery to see if it’s bulging. Mine is and I noticed a recent youtube video about replacing the 12 volt battery and it was also bulging. I’m concerned that this is a problem. Dealer seems unconcerned. What do you think?
I only looked and noticed the bulging after a...
I'm going to repeat my post to make my my previous post clear.
I have a 25 Flash and lately have not been using as much.
I got a notification on the App that it was going into battery saver mode.
It's always plugged in, so I went to take a look at the 12 volt battery. I took it out and had it...
you may have gotten a bad battery. That is a Korean battery and it took me 3 before i had a good one. Did you charge it before you installed it?
couldn’t you just have Ford replace it under warranty?
Clean and tighten your 12volt battery connections. You will find that they’re not as tight as they should be. That fixed mine from doing the same thing
I had a problem with my 2025 Flash. Got a notification that battery saver initiated and then it wouldn’t start. I took out the battery, tester said good (12.5V) with the proper CCA. I just charged it anyway and replaced it and it was fine. It was too easy to loosen the terminals!!! Cleaned the...
I bought my TPMS (snow tires) from the Ford Dealer.
Ford Performance Tire Pressure Monitoring System Kit Of Four Sensors And Activation Tool
Part Number:
M-1180-433MHZ
It was $120 and included the resetting tool. This was much cheaper than buying the sensors alone and they were OEM...
I had some updates done at the dealership and had this problem as well. The “fix” is to charge to 100% at home. When done, disconnect from the charger and you should be back to square one again.

I think it tells you what to do when you try to set home.
Bluecruise update timetable?
Can someone tell me when or if I will get the Bluecruise 1.4 update? Or maybe who to contact to ask?
I haven't got an update since November. Not sure I needed that Karaoke thing
I installed an interlock on the panel and an outdoor plug using 6/3 copper wire (overkill) and got a chance to see it work. I didn't disconnect any circuits, but made sure not to run the electric oven or garage heater.
The power company occasionally sends notes to customers (me) about you using...
I saw that my tire pressure was 4-5 psi low when the temperature dropped. After adding air to the recommended pressure, my efficiency went up. Still not as much as summer driving but an increase.
just have to watch for warmer weather and adjust it accordingly. I didn’t think it would be that...
I’m debating on buying snow tires (with new or used wheels) or just going with the Grabbers that it came with.
Any thoughts on this?
A friend suggested just buying new Michelin Defenders.
Western PA winters are a toss up anymore.
