I was visiting my parents and a neighbor stopped over with a project he has been working on for a while. He acquired three trucks to get this one to running condition. It looks really nice and is fun to ride in :)
Is anybody else having difficulty keeping the battery charged? I don’t drive every day but I drove 2 1/2 hours each on Friday and Sunday and the battery is already at 8%. The truck sits in my garage and doesn’t have a lot of activity near the bed.
I don’t see a link to the splitter in your reply. I don’t know if the forum is cutting it out, but maybe you could offer the product name on Amazon?
thank you!
it will be interesting to see if the plans are dynamic. Meaning, as you are going, if it’s overly conservative, does it skip the stop or push it out to another supercharger?
thank you for any insight you can share. I have about 160 mile drive coming up which does not require a stop.
That seems a better route planner might be the better path for charging information? I want the routing of Apple maps and the planning of a better route planner.
thank you. I suppose it’s better to be conservative than not. I wonder if it will learn consumption patterns, take into account, weather conditions, etc. Time will tell.
I’m curious for those of you who have used it for longer drives already if the estimates are reasonable or if it is sending you the chargers when you don’t really need to charge.
