  1. Short 553 mile weekend trip. Northern AZ to Tucson and back. This truck just keeps getting better.

I lived in Flagstaff and now live in north Phoenix. Having been trapped on the 17 when the road has been closed in the past, I have learned to “top off” when you can just in case. While I have never ran out of juice in my Lightning, I don’t have range anxiety anymore. The fun part of Flag to...
  2. Battery Level in Apple Carplay (Apple Maps) no longer available

Mine died the other day. I tried driving three times over two days to see if it would fix itself; it did not. The amount showing was completely inaccurate which was very unusual. Trying to fix it, I thought I’d delete and re-add the Lightning. Once I did that I couldn’t get the Lightning back...
  3. 2025 F-150 Lightning Order Guide & Price List (MSRP & Invoice Pricing)

Look, Ford is getting so cheap now that they don’t even offer hill descent anymore. They offer hill decent.
  4. Road Trip - Phoenix, AZ to Bakersfield, CA (using A2Z adapter & Tesla supercharging)

My wife, who is not fully convinced the Lightning was the way to go, suggested we buy one or two cones and drop them in this type of situation. I could even store them in the frunk just for this use.
  5. Road Trip - Phoenix, AZ to Bakersfield, CA (using A2Z adapter & Tesla supercharging)

I saw the 99 from Bakersfield to Fresno was not heavily populated with chargers. That is good advice for sure.
  6. Road Trip - Phoenix, AZ to Bakersfield, CA (using A2Z adapter & Tesla supercharging)

I bought a 2023 Lightning Lariat ER the last day of March, 2024. Ordered the Tesla adapter and received notification mine would be shipped in September. I live in Phoenix, AZ. Knowing that I wanted to visit my mother soon in California, I wanted to take the Lightning out for a shakedown cruise...
  7. First Tesla Supercharging Experience

So I took my truck to the dealership and had them update everything. I have the iPhone thing that shows my Lightning as a vehicle and tells me what % of battery I will have left when I arrive at my destination. But I do not have the charge assist app on my screen. Wonder what happened.
  8. First Tesla Supercharging Experience

Where oh where do I find this screen? I have gone through all of the software in my truck and I can not find it anywhere.
  9. PTS/FDRS VIN Check Thread

I think mine got lost in the flood. Would you please check 1FT6W1EV9PWG36278?
  10. PTS/FDRS VIN Check Thread

You graciously checked on this one a while back. I went to the dealer and had them attempt to update everything and left it there for four days. Got it back and they said “we are good” but I apparently still don’t have the Tesla update. Would you please check it again? 1FT6W1EV9PWG36278
  11. PTS/FDRS VIN Check Thread

Would you be so kind to check on mine as well? VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 1FT6W1EV9PWG36278 Thank you, Paul
  12. Anyone need a NACS adapter?

This is so generous and demonstrates the community we are in. I could use the unit. I have a trip to California scheduled in two weeks and the roads I will be taking from Phoenix (I-10 and I-5) seem to have more reliable Tesla chargers than any other brand. My charging adverse wife is digging...
