So this is what happened to us. The dealership was having issues registering with the IRS and finally got it done but over a month after we bought our truck. We got our truck 03/30/2024 and they finally got access to the website in May 2024. Turns out it was an IRS issue, or so the dealership...

This is what we got. I called the IRS and they said it means the vin is not in the database.

Add us to the list of getting screwed by the dealership. They provided us with the time of sale report but the IRS says there is no entry in the database for our vin so we aren't eligible for the credit.

Just received an email from Ford stating the adapter has been shipped. Yay.

Same, fortunately we got an email today from A2Z saying its replacement will be here next week. I also just got off the phone with Ford and they said they are slipping them into current batches going out and that the recalled ones should be out by the end of the month.. we will see.

Yeah, I'm actually having multiple issues. I'm also getting a max headroom digital glitch sound through the speakers switching between sync menus. Like in the camera, switching angles. They want me to get video of it but that's hard to do while driving and is completely random. I've tried...

I just got my truck last Saturday 03/30/2024 and have had this issue a few times now. I took it to the dealer and they said there are no updates available for my truck. Rugedraw looked it up and it appears there are updates, but maybe they can't install them?
