    Thanks! Today with the FordPass update I stumbled onto a screen (that I can’t find again) which told me I was ready for sync and then map updates and gave me the usual instructions to connect to Wi-Fi. Can you see if there are pending updates queued? I may try to keep the 12v on a battery...

    Hi, I recently purchased my 23 Lariat and received 4.2.1.1 but now my Sync screen keeps freezing and rebooting at least once a day. I even had the instrument cluster turn off and take a minute or two to reboot. Can you check pending updates or see a module that can be updated with FDRS to fix...
