  1. PU-Sync-25.2.1.6.5 - Walk Away Lock Toggles UPDATE POST# 95

I've noticed the same. I did have one Sync 4A screen freeze up since, but besides that, I haven't be employing any of my "tricks" to avoid CarPlay issues (i.e. pausing audio before turning off the truck). So far, so good. Was going to mention it to the dealer at my 20k tire rotation next month...
  2. FordPass 5.25.0 iOS

I did too. Happy to see that what they said was supposed to happen, did happen.
  3. FordPass 5.25.0 iOS

Plug and Charge slider has returned! Also includes an app notification when it's activated, at least for iOS.
  4. FordPass 5.24.0 iOS

Plug & Charge Issue after iOS FordPass v5.24.0 Per a text chat with the Ford EV Support Team regarding my inability to toggle on/off Plug and Charge (PnC) via the FordPass app for iOS (v5.24.0), I called the FordPass Team this evening. I was told that it's a known issue for those that have...
  5. PU-Sync-25.2.1.6.5 - Walk Away Lock Toggles UPDATE POST# 95

To (eventually) activate WAL (post PU-Sync-25.2.1.6.5), do I need BCM-24.5.1, or is the there a different BCM update I still don't have?
  6. PU-Sync-25.2.1.6.5 - Walk Away Lock Toggles UPDATE POST# 95

Same update situation as my '23 Lariat ER (built 9/2023). Got this SYNC-25.2.1.6.5 "update" Monday evening with such toggles as outlined in the release notes. The only other updates I've had this year are DDM 25.12.0 (window functionality) on April 10 and ECG-24.2.5.7 (gateway module) on...
  7. TSB 25-2048 / 25-2105: Sync 4/4A General System Performance, Stability, and Intermittent System Reboot, etc. Post #167 updated

Any idea how people are able to run checks for module update status? I'm in need of TSB 25-2105, my OTA updates have stalled since April (Window Performance DDM 25.12.0), and I've had 12V battery issues (no ECG-25.2.5.7.1 - Consistent Battery (LVB) Performance), and still on BC 1.0.
  8. New BlueCruise Version 1.4 - Rollout March 2025

I did the same thing for my '23 Lariat ER. Very frustrated with Ford. BC 1.0 isn't useful for driving in higher density traffic. Would be fine if I still lived out west, but there's just too much going on along Metro Detroit freeways (even worse during construction season) to feel comfortable...
  9. Walmart EV Charging Network to Blanket US. First Charge Experience & Review

The CHAdeMO adapter is key. Can't waste EVSE charge ports on dying CHAdeMO when the majority of road-tripping DCFC EVs use CCS or NACS. This is all the more reason for the big charging networks to fast-track retrofitting of legacy CHAdeMO with CCS & NACS. However, I idn't realize how EXPENSIVE...
  10. Rivian Adventure Network (RAN) Now Open to Non-Rivian EVs

Was browsing my state Plugshare map and noticed a review by a Silverado EV at a RAN station. Upon checking Rivian's website, it appears that they've completed the necessary upgrades to many stations to allow non-Rivian EV charging. I hadn't noticed a recent press release (in 2025) about the...
  11. Walmart EV Charging Network to Blanket US. First Charge Experience & Review

The RedE network is relatively dense in Lower Michigan (both L2 & DC), and based on some of their EVSE located in smaller/rural towns, embedding in small downtown areas appears to be part of their business strategy (or it's just a convenient coincidence). Now, if they could modernize their app...
  12. Rivian Adventure Network (RAN) Charging Access for Ford Still Expected this Year?

Nice! How did you know that this charging station was now available to non-Rivian's? I don't see it on FordPass. I do see it on PlugShare, but it's not even listed as RAN until you click the icon as it's listed as "Meijer (2)"
  13. Rivian Adventure Network (RAN) Charging Access for Ford Still Expected this Year?

Nice find, hopefully they'll be able to retroactively update their original charging stations to accommodate non-Rivians.
  14. Rivian Adventure Network (RAN) Charging Access for Ford Still Expected this Year?

Has anyone with automotive industry connections heard anything about a projected date for when RAN charging will open up to non-Rivian vehicles? I haven't seen any news about this since the spring when multiple outlets reported that RAN will open up to non-Rivian vehicles, "sometime in the...
  15. GM can now use Tesla Supercharger network

I'm also wondering about this. RAN charging stalls are more conveniently located for my usual road trips. Haven't seen any news about this since the spring when it was said that RAN will open up to non-Rivian vehicles, "sometime in the second half of 2024."
  16. What’s your exit plan for the truck?

For me, it will come down to future rebate deals, the evolution of resale value, and what Ford's Project T3 ends up being. However, my biggest complaint with the truck at the 6-month mark is the (relatively) slow max charging speeds compared to newer trucks (e.g. CT, Silverado, Sierra). Others...
  17. 2025 F-150 Lightning Order Guide & Price List (MSRP & Invoice Pricing)

With production completed for the 2024 Lightnings, I wonder how long it will take for dealers to sell (most) of the in-transit and delivered trucks. I'll be curious to see how Ford chooses to incentivize the remaining inventory come the new year. A return of the $7,500 rebate (for ERs) and...
  18. 2023 F-150 Lightning ORDER GUIDE Released (U.S. & Canada)!

I know this is beyond old news, but does anyone know where I could download a PDF for the original 2023 F-150 Lightning Price List? I found the 2024 and 2025 lists within other forum posts, but can't seem to find the original 2023 one.
