I spent some time checking the sw update setting. No updates on this truck. It has no history. Please do post your results after taking it in for service.

What was their technical response? They can’t just sit back and do nothing. I’m taking mine in on Wednesday. I’m hoping i get a savvy senior tech looking at the problem.
