OTA updates have been stuck in power up 4.2.3.1 not finished, no AT&T signal at my place, Wi-Fi is connected. Connect a battery maintainer 8amps overnight to try to trigger the OTA and nothing. Read somewhere I need at least 15Amp so I am trying again but not sure, should I close the frunk, lock...
