Find it hilarious that the original Motortrend article suggested that both Supercruose and Bluecruise are better than Tesla’s FSD. Clearly, a little bias there.

There are a lot of things that this could be related to, anywhere from a simple software update to a major malfunction.
There’s no harm in starting the truck while it’s charging. I would ask the dealer what the code was that it threw. So, far from my experience the dealer will give any lame excuse to make it sound like they know what they’re talking about or so that they don’t have to fix it.
That’s strange. It would have to be a problem with your onboard charger. But even then, if there are any issues with the J1772 protocol the charging should stop. How’s your receptacle voltage?

The down side of EVs is that you hear every creak and rattle. Get someone else drive while you hunt it down. I had a rattle on my passenger side front door. It was coming from the triangular plastic molding by the mirror. Eventually it just went away, but it sure was irritating for 6 months...
