I agree with you if there was nothing wrong. They spent the time diagnosing just to find nothing, so they deserve to be paid for that time. I missed that there was nothing wrong with it.

This infuriates me. If updates in your vehicle are jacked up and it takes a service visit to get it straightened out (even if they did get it done correctly), how is this possibly not something covered as part of covered service unless you did something to screw it up?

The modem in the truck may have locked up and you'll need to reset it by pulling the fuse for it or unplugging the modem itself behind the passenger back seat. See if you can get other functions to work from remote like changing the target charge or lock/unlock. I've had the issue and you can...
