    After two months of waiting, finally got the update notice! Too bad it failed again... Vehicle was plugged in, at about 85%, doors locked anyone have any other suggestions??

    No your description was great! I will say I bought the warranty for my 22 Platinum a few weeks ago... Just needed a US address. Looking online it seems many others have had success as well, I guess if it doesn't work I can always request a refund, which they do.

    I got my notification last week about BlueCruise 1.4... started the update and it failed. It said it would try again that night but only the window update came through.. no dice on BC 1.4 since last week. Ford support wasn't helpful at all

    Ever since the update, PAAK only works on the passenger side (90% of the time) and almost never works on the driver's side... Like less than 5%. Since the newest update yesterday, the car starting reliability is also terrible.

    You sure? I thought the Ford factory warranty is tied to the vin and good for Canada, Mexico and the US?
