I don't think the adjustable pedals were included with the 302a package on the XLT, it was not included on my 2021 XLT with the 302A package but was a stand alone option. It was not an expensive option as I recall.
Had them on the 2021 F150 for towing a camper that weighed 5500# loaded. Replaced them with the Roadmaster Active Suspension system which is much better. What happened with the Timbren was that with the trailer attached the F150 sagged right down on the Timbrens. So can't say they didn't...
For my 2017 F150 I threw two 70 lb sandbags in the box behind the wheel wells and it helped, I transferred the sandbags to my 2021. Both F150's came with the 18" wheels. Have noticed that when I added an extra spare tire the ride improved somewhat more. Driving with no weight in the box...
