I checked my emporia charging cable the other day when my truck was charging at 48a and the cable was showing 95°F. It was warm to the touch but not hot.

I have been annoyed by this “feature“ as well. Does anyone know how the trick detects a lack of hands on the wheel? Does it use the blue cruise sensors? Or is it a sensor on the steering wheel itself?

I‘ve gotten quite a few surveys from Ford lately. Every time it asks me for feedback, I tell them to push Bluecruise 1.4 out to the masses. I doubt it will do anything but who knows… ?‍♂️

I honestly hope they fired the folks who weren’t doing their jobs. BC 1.4 has been out for months and a lot of us still don’t have it!

No wireless CarPlay in the Silverado. That is a dealbreaker for me!
