I found that those GM/Pilot/FlyingJ/EVGO DCFCs are some of the most expensive chargers around. The only ones that are worse are the Applegreen ones on the NY Thruway.

My truck is also offering this update and it is repeatedly failing due to low battery. I’ve tried trickle charging the 12V battery and regular charging the HV battery to no avail.

Got my Lightning’s update via Mobile Service today. It took around 30 minutes and the tech had no issues.
Coincidentally, I now have the winter charge port plug Software update scheduled for tonight.

I received a text message from my dealer offering mobile service for this recall. They are coming to my place of employment on Monday to do the software fix. The service manager said that this will take less than 30 minutes.
I have a 17 Pro Max (and a 16 Pro Max before) and I was having intermittent connectivity like yours last spring. Then I got a OTA update from Ford and it fixed the issue. It has been rock solid ever since.

I’ve heard a few people mention a beta version of the app. How does one sign up to be a beta tester for the app? Is it different than the early access program?
i tried this this morning and still no PPO in the app. I actually turned everything off for an hour for good measure. Then I reactivated all SYNC consents.
I hope Ford brings this back for everyone soon!
