    I'm having the same issue. Updated the android app this morning before leaving for work and had to use my backup passcode. Looks like Ford broke PAAK.

    'Neither' is the only correct option. As others have said, this is not safe and is a huge waste of time. Get a tow back home or to a DC fast charger.
