I read a horror story (lookup Stick Damaged F150 Lightning) from another user about a stick damaging the coolant line…so I’m just wondering if that’s a possibility driving over this? Or if I would know if I damaged something?

I noticed that when turning the steering wheel on my F150 Lightning and making big turns when it’s quiet, there is a slight creak.
Everything is very smooth and there is no resistance. Can anyone else check theirs? Any idea what this could be?
