FYI, plugged in to charge last night and at some point in the middle of the night my app finally refreshed the status of my truck and all is working again. Seems like somewhere along the line of data (truck to server, server to phone) there was something failing that is now fixed.

Starting this AM, my FordPass app is frozen on my battery percentage from last night, and states “waiting to charge Monday at 11pm.” Obviously it’s Tuesday and my truck charged last night. I’ve tried killing the app, restarting my phone and it wont change. Also, my remote start isn’t working...

Just to update-I went to dealership and they tested the 12v battery and it was bad. I guess the truck was going into some type of low power mode and shutting down the telematics stuff after a while. New 12v and no issues thus far.
