When you say you use a 120v adapter, do you mean youāre hooking your 12v plug from your dash cam into the adapter and then plugging that in the 120v socket to make sure it stays on all day? I have issues with my 12v ācigarette lighterā plug not being on all the time.
The Eibach shocks have settings from 0ā to 2.6ā lift that you can use to level the truck. It sounds like he set them to the 4th setting which is 2.1ā lift, which mostly levels the truck.
Looks great! Thank you for the data. Sounds like you went through what Iām going through right now⦠bought 22ā wheels with 35ā tires, put Eibach shocks on the front and set them to the highest position. The wheel offset makes the tires poke out a bit, and the setup is heavy. Getting 1.4-1.5 on...
I donāt have anything to add other than if you replace just your front shocks with aftermarkets like Eibachs or Bilsteins, it will remove the boaty feel and stiffen it up a bit. I did it to mine and even though itās a bit stiffer, I prefer it over the āI feel like Iām driving a crown vic boatā ride.
2024 Flash ERs have 143.4kWh capacity, but only 131kWh is useable.
2025 Flash ERs have ~134kWh capacity, but only 123kWh is useable.
Edit: To add, there are apparently some 2025 Flashes out there with the 143.4kWh battery. The change was made mid-production at some point.
2.6in front ālevelā using Eibach shocks set to the highest position. Wheels are 22ā (22X10 FUEL OFF-ROAD FLAME 6 BLK) and tires are 34.4ā (LT285/55R-22 FALKEN WILDPEAK R/T01 HD HEAVY DUTY E). The wheels have a -18 offset, so I had to do some trimming on the front (fenders, back of the wheel...
I did not. The Eibach package I bought was supposedly designed for the Lightning, and it doesnāt say replacing the UCAs is necessary for any of the ring positions. I took it to the dealership for an alignment after the work was done and asked them to look at it and they didnāt seem to think...
Did the same to mine with the Eibach pro truck front shocks set to the highest ring position (2.6ā lift). Spring compression was a fun project. But it really took the floatyness out of the ride, and itās a bit stiffer now, which I prefer. I have the back Eibach shocks too, but Iām not in hurry...
While Iād love it if Ford cameras worked like Sentry mode, that probably isnāt going to happen ever, so just get something like this and hardwire it. Sure, you wonāt be able to stream from it remotely, but it will capture everything around your truck if anyone approaches.
