Spoke with the tech who did the work shortly before getting the truck back. He said the port issue appeared to be that the locking pin was not functioning correctly or consistently, that he was able to...
Just got a call from service advisor. He claims they have determined that the extra cable is for "General Service Module 2", and is "a communication cable". He has no further information on what General Service Module 2 is, or what it does.
Anyone have any thoughts on that?
