Yes, you need the $4-5K Ford (Sunrun/Siemens/Delta) Home Integration System, plus installation that will run $5-10K, and a couple hundred hours + of your time trying to get it to work, and keep working. Definitely bleeding edge technology at this point, which is great, if you enjoy it :)

Try a 5 minute power cycle of the Ford Pro Charger. If you have a Home Integration System connected to the charger, you’ll need to disconnect or shutdown the Dark Start Battery with the MProfessional app. This worked for me.
