I'm not sure if it will fit but I would suggest looking at the Lariat grill instead. The pro black looks flat and cheap imo. And the platnimum version is super shiny and shows damage too easily. Just my 2 cents!
I'm fairly certain you can still move the truck with the frunk open. However if the driver door is open it will be locked. I assume you had the driver's door closed? Maybe a sensor there could also be to blame? Not sure if there is any way to turn that safety feature off?
As long as you can charge level 2 at home your solid don't even worry to much about the amps as long as you charge over night you will never notice it. Charging at lvl 3 unless doing a road trip is a waste of time and money. The truck can easily tow those items you mentioned and unless it's...
If you have park assist it shouldn't be that hard to ask the truck to pull out of a parking space. For heavens sake it can pull it self into a parking spot why not back out.
Correction while in the truck you can use the park assist to get you out of the space so why not be able to use this if...
Maybe I'm missing something but your profile says 25' Lariat. I thought this was standard on the Lariat trim? At least my truck came with it. It is lockable but it's mainly plastic/vinyl composite so I wouldn't go putting anything to secure there. Depending on how large your items are I would...
Congrats Red!
Out of curiosity does your truck also have the parking pawl recall? I thought Ford had stopped all sales on the truck till this was complete?
Truck looks great and I'm sure you will enjoy it. Welcome to the club!
When you say Ford made it good. Is there a process I'm not familiar with to get the deletes back?
I know my truck they deleted scales and the tilt/alarm sensor.
I don't care much about the scales but the tilt / alarm sensor would be nice to have. Especially with this Pawl recall I would...
Same here I dropped my truck off at dealer yesterday as the app had initially indicated recall fix was not available then it changed to available so I set the appointment. But once I got to the dealer my tech new right away it was only available for the maverick hybrid as others have indicated...
Yes I'm aware of that when the truck is on and using PPOB. But i thought when the truck is off but PPOB still on those rules go away ? Maybe I'm wrong the only time I used PPOB for a long duration was when we went camping and I had to leave the truck on all night as I didn't have the truck off...
I would also add give us a setting so that if the HVB reaches a threshold of say 20% then the PPOB would shut off automatically to conserve SOC inorder to drive the truck after PPOB has been used. Say to go home or recharge elseware.
On another note I'm sure some of the Ford ppl read these...
That's what we're here for. Sorry to burst your bubble but at least you found out now before ordering...
Let us know if you do find an aftermarket solution for the lariat and platinum version.
Since you mentioned the light bar I assume you have a lariat or platinum trim? If so the lights are not the standard to ICE. If you open our tail gate you will see additional rear lights on the assembly that are hidden unless tail gate is down. Since the lariat and upmodels reverse lights are...
Love the look of the black powder coat. I atoo have azure gray and pondering black powder coat vs bronze powder coat. Any one have experience with the bronze on the stock rims? I was quoted $600 for the bronze so not too expensive but wanted to see what the masses think?
I'm also interested in doing this to my truck once the 36k mile warranty passes by. I think it's been mentioned here but Im also curious to see if there is any noticable loss to range since the aero gets slightly affected?
