Thanks I tried this last night had the battery cable off for about 3 minutes and drove around for a while and still didnt get it to accept a charging location.

The charge history does show the past charging events (even though it is my neighbors address) at my charge station pro, and all loctions are turned on with the exception of the insurance information one.
