Nice work! I actually test printed the F-150 for my tailgate in PLA too, just to get a feel for the look trying to match the factory logos. I’m planning to redo it thicker in PETG. Has anyone found a PETG that’s a good color match for the Ford blue?

Yep, you’re right the factory tweeter wiring already has a basic crossover (usually a capacitor), so if you’re keeping the stock wiring, wire your new tweeters directly to the factory tweeter wires, not through the aftermarket crossover.
