That would explain things perfectly, TOU is 8p-7a on weekdays. The app knew it needed about another hour and that would have been after 8pm this evening at 9p, 14 hours later. Spot on!

Yes, but just weekdays from 8p-7a for my home location. Considering my Emporia charger also has this schedule it's redundancy and I should delete it...
