This issue is with the Ford Nav. It happens without Carplay enabled. I first thought it was Carplay so I disconnected it and the problem was still there. I am thinking I need to get it to a dealer, but man it sucks to take time out of my day to deal with something so minor.

I had this EXACT problem at the exact same spot. Real Trucks is doing a replacement for the entire system. I had to ship it back but as soon as I got it to Fedex, then they shipped a new one to me. I am still waiting on the new one. I assume it was a bad batch of these.
