That would have been great to take care of when I had my grill off. It's not happening now. Mainly just because getting the plastic clips off inside or such a pain in the rear end
That has to be the most unnecessary product I have ever seen.
Much easier to just roll down the window.
As far as the drive-in, my solution is drop the tailgate input a blanket over the top cab light. I still think there's got to be a solution somewhere in forscan.
I made the hole just big enough for the wire. Then once inside the water channel of the fuse box, I had it turn the corner to enter though second wall at a different spot.
A dab of silicone could be added at both spots if you plan on driving underwater.
I certainly think that's the least of...
I have searched All through forescan. I have silent mode enabled, welcome lighting off, cabin lights off.
Is there any possible way to turn off the cargo light and the tailgate light when the door opens and the truck is on?
It's a very cool idea, but you are going to have to cut out the bottom of the hexagon that you remove, to get the angle of the camera similar to factory default
Yes, all mostly true.
Specifically, in the Escape/Mav/Bronco platform, is a direct connection to HS2-CAN. (I incorrectly said HS3 can earlier).
But not helpful in regards to the Lightning.
:)
Many Fords have an unused connection to the high speed communication network 3 (HS3-CAN) available right next to the fuse box. And the manual it is labeled "EVAC and Fill". In the above picture it is the left one on the Maverick.
I have a crappy version of the repair manual that does not allow...
Iterations was my goal as well.
Then I figured I'd get the angle right with hot glue and backtrack from there.
Glue still holding strong, lol.
Next I have to align my light bar
I have tried using forscan to make the headlights turn on with the Welcome lighting, which would accomplish this. So far I have not been able to get it to work.
I tried some settings with the LDCMA/B modules to try to get headlights to come on with the welcome lighting.
