My hood is lined up to the fenders. The light bar is lined up to the hood. The problem is my passenger side headlight is about a quarter inch too low.

That would have been great to take care of when I had my grill off. It's not happening now. Mainly just because getting the plastic clips off inside or such a pain in the rear end

I made the hole just big enough for the wire. Then once inside the water channel of the fuse box, I had it turn the corner to enter though second wall at a different spot. A dab of silicone could be added at both spots if you plan on driving underwater. I certainly think that's the least of...

I have searched All through forescan. I have silent mode enabled, welcome lighting off, cabin lights off. Is there any possible way to turn off the cargo light and the tailgate light when the door opens and the truck is on?

Yes, all mostly true. Specifically, in the Escape/Mav/Bronco platform, is a direct connection to HS2-CAN. (I incorrectly said HS3 can earlier). But not helpful in regards to the Lightning. :)

i designed and 3D printed a bracket, but I ended up having to modify everything so that it wasn't really useful. Hot glue was my friend.

I have tried using forscan to make the headlights turn on with the Welcome lighting, which would accomplish this. So far I have not been able to get it to work.

Putco Emblem is a much easier route, for sure. In my case my OEM grill got smashed up, so this was cheaper than buying a new one.
