Thanks. I found that out about an hour ago. TSB says to replace the module that controls the shifter. Dealership ordered one and cleared the problem temporarily so I can drive it until it comes in. Just can't lower the shifter until then.

Thanks, I did see that online and was about to try it but the service manager from where I bought it advised me just to let roadside assistance take it to a dealer nearby because the battery reset probably won't fix the root cause. Evidently there's a board or module of some sort that likely...
