Both Karaoke and EV routing both came in the 10.1.0 update so on '24 models both features are missing but for some odd reason it sounds like '25 models have Karaoke but not EV routing in Google maps.     When I bought my '24 it didn't have EV routing or Karaoke (I don't care about the Karaoke feature, but it came in the same 10.1.0 update) so I took mine to the dealer and they updated something and they got it working. Do your homework and go in with some information since you probably know more...
