Mine has been doing the same thing on a Wallbox Pulsar Plus -- to the extent that I relieved the truck of the charging schedule and moved it to the charger itself instead to avoid this constant attempting/halting to start the charge. That fixed it here.
Once they tack that on to the status I've usually received it about 3-4 days later after it hops between random distribution centers that are nowhere near me.
It's amazing how often I've needed to use this in the past 6-12 months.
The 'missing mail' thing def takes a day or two to get going, you'll know when you track it normally and see 'Missing Mail Request Initiated" or something like that as the latest status line.
If it seems like it's stuck somewhere file a https://missingmail.usps.com -- i've had to do this several times as of late and it seems like it kicked it back into gear.
The antennas for approach-based unlock, etc different door handles. Theres a harness change inside the door card. This is all from reading people who retrofitted it.
They didn't include it because they could save some money by not, it's not like it's software locked on the flash and below.

So close the difference is only the 1 module the big ER 131kWh gets vs the 123kWh... but this is great in comparison to the 93kWh. I'm sure its a savings by scale thing, but 8kWh isn't any small capacity either.
