My BECM shows VIN EE01A23257114219N, which is not my VIN. And my Secondary OBD Control Module reports strategy NL38-14G069-AUS. The sticker on my rear seats did show a third VIN. How many trucks did Ford kill to make the Norwegian model?

The tech said there is an (intentional?) configuration error that stops any OTAs. Would love to figure out what's stopping the OTAs and solve, disconnect the problem :)
