    May be useful for some…I wanted an easy, no thought tool for lower my aftermarket full size spare. I got this on Amazon: https://a.co/d/0cPOpoF9 Fits in the plastic tube and engages the lowering mechanism easily. A 22mm or 7/8 ratchet both fit on the end to turn it.
