The dealership took the hit and paid for the tax credit out of their pocket. So all good.

I am looking at a 2025 Flash 123Kwh and the dealership says it does not qualify for the tax credit. It is less than $80k msrp. Any ideas on why it wouldn't qualify for the tax credit? Thanks in advance
