    I recieved this update 3 days ago on my '23 Platinum and all toggles appeared. Have not tested any WAL features but I now have lane change and lane centering. Prior to this neither was available. Seems like this update let me access BC 1.2+ which lurked in my truck all along. Now on to 1.4?
