As I originally stated, its none of those. Changing the Sun Visor position from its typical stored position to fully forward against the windshield typically resolves the issue, unless the suns position is too low on the horizon.
The steering wheel doesn't move, so I don't see how that could be...
If you want to join me on the track with your BMW M 1000 RR, we can see who deserves a license and who doesn't!
What exactly do you believe gets in the way between the left edge of the touch screen and someone's eye's?
A handful of people can't figure it out?
I guess you can add me to the list. I don't understand why someone would believe that it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to understand how to look forward at the road in some special manner.
Perhaps there is a course for looking forward that...
This is 100% still an issue. Ford ignored the engineers on the project and only integrated a single in cab camera for this functionality. If they had enabled another camera for watching the face on the driver door side instead of just the one next to the center dash, this wouldn't be an issue...
What's worse is Ford used to show the LVB status on the ford website when you logged in and looked at your vehicle. As everyone was asking them to add the functionality to the Ford app they removed the feature from the website.
I'm surprised they haven't come up with a monthly fee to get the...
Farley can make all the product shifts he wants, it won't fix their sales problem. Ford has been selling ice for 100 years. Dealers are comfortable with that offering. Anything that makes them uncomfortable will lead them to continue pushing customers away from anything that is different. If...
Confirmed, Farley takes wrong message from poor EV sales. Instead of realizing the dealerships are the issue, he blames the product!

All large quantity manufacturers are finally moving to large castings. What's surprising is that it is taking them this long, rather than that they are.
I would like someone to explain to me why they believe that having a new rubber tire on one corner of a vehicle is going to cause a steel driveshaft to fail. Sounds like a hard sales pitch to me. I suspect if one tire has a higher height than the other tires, the rubber would wear down on the...
This is the first step that could help Ford achieve electrification, or even just getting dealerships to modernize and cooperate! I bet everyone on this thread would take a flight/drive to Colorado, assuming other states don't go along, to purchase their next vehicle if the dealers aren't...
My parking brake auto engages on the slightest grade and auto disengages when I shift to drive and press the accelerator. Is that now how everyone else's works?
Personally, I am not upset at Ford's decision to cancel the lightning. They are losing money on the platform, so they have to do something.
I'm also not opposed to EREV's. In fact, I was excited about the toolbox generator before the Lightning even came to market. I could see a world where Ford...
Brian, I'm glad you are still watching and reporting back to management. Make sure to report back to them, that EREV will be another Ford failure that will cost the company $Billions. When that happens, make sure they are reminded that nearly everyone on this thread called it before it happened...
Farley needs to justify his decisions to his board. Hopefully the members of the board are watching this forum and seeing how most in this thread believe this is another poor choice by the company.
I understand that continuing to offer the Lightning without any changes to strategy as the loses...
This is just a regurgitated 2020 gameplan. Does anyone remember that Ford still holds this patent?

The reason this is a poor decision, is that Ford is targeting 2029 to release an EREV Lightning replacement. If they...
