Small update, I've been planning and think I'll be proceeding with the following:
Windynation 6AWG Kit (I think I need less than 14ft)
WindyNation ANL Fuse Holder + ANL Fuse (2pcs 60A Fuse)
Anderson Power Products SB50 Connector Kit, 50 Amps, 36V Gray Housing, w/ 6 AWG, 6319 (Pair)
My Plan...
Thank you everyone for all of your feedback!
Given the length etc, I'm thinking it may be best to bolt down the compressor behind the right rear seat (where the jack usually goes).
If so, I think I could go to a 4AWG cable. The compressor's max draw is supposedly 45A as you know, and from...
Thanks for the heads up. I had my IPMA replaced a month ago while the dealer was trying to get the reverse brake assist message to clear. Is it possible that I have a job 2 IPMA now? My cameras at speed still work, but I don't know if its because of that or the Forscan changes I made prior to that.
Hi All,
Looking to mount this ironman air compressor (same one as the smittybilt I think) in the rear right corner of the bed.
The specs are 12-13.5v and 45A.
I don't have a lot of electrical knowledge so I'm trying to understand what gauge wire I'd need. Using this calculator I inputted the...
I think I saw a post somewhere indicating that people with job 1 builds should revert the IPMA or APIM because of a new OTA update? Something about the OTA update bricking the modules, is that true?
I figured as such, but just wanted to verify. I mean the box was sealed and I cant be the only one buying this model # and torquing to spec.
Lets just hope there's no updated thread later on titled "my wheels fell off". lol.
The box says model # 61148BCX UPC # 012619310708
That part # leads me to this product page https://www.cjponyparts.com/gorilla-lug-nut-kit-factory-style-bulge-black-chrome-f-150-2015-2021-raptor-2017-2020/p/WHLLN40/
I've had them at 150lbs since I bought them and so far I haven't noticed...
That’s what I’ve noticed based on the forums, but these seem to be the OEM replacement everyone recommends. Im wondering if maybe there was a misprint on the paper in the box.
Hi All,
Just purchased this set of gorilla lug nuts (seem to be the same size and shape of OEM).
Paper in the box (and confirmed by calling Gorilla directly) recommends 95 ft / lb for these 14 x 1.5 lug nuts.
Ford says lug nuts for the f150 should be 150 ft / lb. What should I do?
Admittedly I haven’t checked this thread in a couple weeks, but when adding cameras in motion (mine was successful) is there a way to activate the tailgate camera? The button is there on the screen, but tapping it does nothing. Currently have bed and hitch camera in motion. Thanks!
I don’t believe this is correct. I have a 2021 302A with assist and when it’s on it curves with the roads etc. it just won’t take a turn at a light or intersection per say.
Before 2021 you would get the adjustable pedals as part of the 302A. I already have my truck so I’m trying to see if it’s feasible to have the parts added.
Previously, adjustable pedals were included in the 302A package.
Is it difficult / feasible to add them after the fact? I imagine I need the switch itself, motor and I'm not sure what else. TIA!
I hate to be redundant here, but anyone have the correct values for the cameras at speed for a XLT 302A, FX4 ?
These values didn't seem to work for me unfortunately:
"7D0-01-04 = xxxx-FCxx-xxxx Originally = 01 in those spaces
706-02-02 = xxxF-CExx-xxxx Originally = 0, 4, C
Things I have...
Today I learned! Thanks for the clarification. So to achieve the cameras past parking lot speeds, do you remember which values you changed? Also do you mind sharing your f150 specs? Mine is XLT 302A, crew cab, fx4, 3.5 eco.
For those looking to add this to their trucks, does anyone know if all the trucks have them, but we just need to add the cord part? Or do we need the entire assembly?
