I don't have a Lightning myself to experiment with but I just wanted to point out that using two of the ICE HCM values for this was wrong because those addresses have moved locations in the Lightning's HCM

That's the correct value so maybe it's because your APIM and/or IPMA software is behind the most current.

What is your current value in IPMA here? 706-02-01 xxxx **xx xx--

Also, when I did the APIM update the message about "remove the usb" flashed on the screen and disappeared in about 1 second so pay attention in case that happens to you.

I haven't checked all those values but the IPC one is for a Flex Fuel Vehicle so not sure if that's what you have? My asbuilt there for a Powerboost is 9 so doesn't look like I would need any IPC change
