Having tried two of best rated wiper blades on the market over the past few years in my Lightning (Rain-X Silicone and Bosch Icon), I have been very underwhelmed with both. Does anyone have a recommendation for wiper blades that deal well with all seasons (rain, snow and ice)? The Rain-X and...
My 2023 Lariat in EAP received the update 2 days ago. Aside from once again deleting all my radio presets, no issues for me, but I also have never towed so I cannit say whether this addresses any issue for me personally.
I was just doing some of the math on this while charging my Lightning at negative rates today and comparing to the cost to fill an ICE F-150's tank. So, with the negative rages I was getting today to charge 56% of my battery, my electricity supplier in Chicago would actually be crediting me...
My latest update is one that I actually received this morning while sitting in my truck parked for 2 hours at my son's baseball practice. I got Sync-25. 2.1.6.5.2. Before that one, I had received PT-25.8.5 back on January 8th.
Yeah, I think this is a situation where I am maybe a little less anxious about the situation due to the fact that my garage is detached from my house and my truck can't fit inside the garage anyway, so I have to charge it outside the garage (though a fully engulfed truck while charging would...
So here's the weird thing. I also have a 2023 Lariat ER that I am the original owner of and took possession of it in Nov. 2022. My truck has had all of those same issues with the beeps sounding different and the remote climate control and departure times not working. I did send a message to...
Yeah, I've kept a wrench in my center console for the past 3 years or so for this very reason. You don't need to disconnect it for 15 minutes though. Disconnecting for maybe 15 seconds has been plenty in my experience.
Disconnect the 12v battery from the negative connection point and then connect it back up and I bet everything comes back up for you. No idea what would have caused this, but I sure hope that we are not heading back to the state that a lot of our Lightnings were in a few years back when we were...
I had received an update about 2 weeks ago, but everything had been working fine until yesterday (granted I had only driven my truck about 4-5 times in the past 2 weeks, but it had been fine). There do not appear to be any pending updates or updates that went through last night.
Well, a good old fashioned disconnect and reconnect if the 12v seems to have my Fordpass Connectivity back. Not sure about BlueCruise as I won't be on an expressway again for a few more days.
Nope, I plugged in overnight and the truck charged to 100%, ignoring that I had it set to only charge to 85%. Waking up this morning, the truck is still not communicating with Fordpass. Even sitting in the truck with it running for a few minutes, it hasn't started communicating again.
Sadly, this issue is not the same. I had to do what you described recently a week or so ago. This issue seems to be related more to the modem on the truck or something, since the truck will not use adaptive cruise control / BlueCruise at all and will only do normal cruise control and the truck...
Today, I have been unable to use BlueCruise in my truck or to remote start in the Chicago cold or even check charging status or update anything else in Fordpass. Does anyone know if there is some sort of outage going on? I had been able to successfully do these things as Sunday, so I am not...
Yup. I checked all of our profiles and the presets were wiped from all 3 of them and the guest profile, unfortunately. I have notified via the survey. Most updates tend to switch to the 540 AM, but it has been a while since any of my updates on my Lightning or Mach-E had wiped my presets. Oh...
As someone who has been using WAL on my Mach-E First Edition since getting it in March '21 and has been a member of EAP from the start, WAL is something that I've been begging Ford for since getting my Lightning in Nov.' 22. I had been told a nunber if times over the past couple of years or so...
I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and have noticed that my PaaK has also not been as responsive as it used to be. If I actually take it out of my pocket and put it up right against the vehicle or turn my body to make the phone in my pocket be closer to the vehicle, that somehow seems to help...
I haven't bought one yet, but you can get yourself one of these to make that space more easily accessible...

The Tesla Tap Mini is the way to go. I have kept one in my Mach-E for the last four years and my Lightning the last 2.5 years. They come in super handy. https://a.co/d/4fRuGtZ
