You have one 2.4 kW inverter for all outlets. You can monitor draw and capacity from the pro power app on the infotainment center screen.
Trucks with the 240v plug have two more 3.6kW inverters that are dedicated to the bed outlets.
Maybe I should be starting a new thread?
My truck installed BCM 24.5.1 four days ago (Your frunk now closes securely with the exterior button, even when your vehicle is locked...). I noticed this changed behavior probably about a year ago so I didn't think much of it when it installed...
I’ve run mine down to less than 5% at least a dozen times. Rolled into the driveway twice at 1%.
Only once have I ever had a problem. I was at 3% getting off the freeway. Probably mile mark 400 on the day (2 DC sessions prior) and it dropped to 0%. Turned the truck off for a few minutes and...
I must admit EA has gotten MUCH better in the last 12-18 months. I’ve been using them since they started in 2018 or 19. The first year was great because new and so few users. But even just before Covid it was awful. Maybe worked 60% of the time.
I’ve done probably 100 DC charges in my 59k miles on my SR Pro. No noticeable degradation. Drive it and enjoy it. If you can leave with 100% and find a L2 charger to use during the game, you might not have to stop and charge at all.
i just got back from a 160 mile each way Mariners game...
Don’t know what make/model charger that is, but DC chargers typically have multiple “power modules” that each process a set amount of power. My guess is this one had 2 25kW modules and one of them has failed. When it doubt go to a Tesla Super charger and see how much power it can give you.
Got the 1.4 update on my Pro SR while it sat at the airport plugged into L1 over the last few days. After configuring My View for the umpteenth time I was greeted with a full battery and 64% reduced power (rear motor only). By the time I was home 15 min later off/on seemed to fix it.
56k miles on my SR and I pay no mind to how many miles it says. SOC %, average trip efficiency and a little maths is the way.
When you get into your truck, if you aren’t driving more than 150 that day, just put a piece of cardboard over that side of the cluster and enjoy your awesome ride.
I haven't looked to 100% confirm I got this update BUT I am getting 500A on my 2022 SR Pro now. So I must have received it. I hit 180kW on mine a few weeks back.
I would do this in my SR but as others said, you’d want have reliable DC chargers along the route for nasty days or days the L2 charger at work is busy or broken.
