There are no update details on the SYNC screen. I had the truck in for service and they said there are no updates...

  2. Ford Pass not responding when setting secure alert

    I have been trying to set up a schedule for the Secure alert function and every time I try I receive "Sorry Ford Pass isn't responding try later". I have deleted and reloaded the app but have the problem. This has been going on for a month. Is anyone else having this issue?
