It just takes planning as several folks have stated. I have a 22 Lariat ER and the summer of 23 (July) I took it on a trip across the good ole USA. I hit 44 states and 10,000 miles in three weeks. All charging was done at EA stations for a total of 66 charging stops. I just used the EA app for...
Last Summer (2023) I took my Lightning Lariat ER on a trip across the USA. It all comes down if one is on a rush to get somewhere or not. I'm retired so I'm not concerned with time. My trip covered 44 states in 3 weeks and totaled 10,000 miles.
They were TDC. Two chargers on a pole with one NACS and one with J1772 port.. Each charger had the Tesla script written on it. Another sight I saw were Teslas charging at EA with their J1772 adapters.
I made a round trip Houston to Phoenix last week. I overnighted in Las Cruces N.M. at a Best Western hotel which is EV friendly. I called hotel to check on their chargers. They told me they had Tesla destination chargers so made sure I had my Tesla Tap Mini adapter loaded in the truck. Upon my...
UPDATE: Got a call from Apple Support. They had me reset my network connection on my iPhone. It fixed the problem I was having. The hard part of this reset was I had to put some of my passwords back in.

Your trip is no problem with a Lariat ER which is what I drive. I live in Houston and travel to San Antonio and DFW on a regular basis. Houston to SA around 225 miles and to DFW around 275 miles one way. I can make the trip to SA without charging (depending on conditions) leaving my house with a...
Good luck on your adventure. It should be no problem.
This past June I did my USA trip from Texas. It lasted three weeks and over 10,000 miles going to west and east coasts with no problems. I say no problems but a pain with the EA charging network.
A nice app I found online is the Bluelane...
Stayed on the Interstate highways doing the speed limit. We did hit state roads some where necessary. We had good weather on the trip as we only had two days of driving in the rain over the three weeks on the road. We averaged 12 to 14 hour days. Found a nice tracking app, Bluelane, so our...
