    Mine has been at the dealership for 31 days. As of yesterday there were lots of ford engineers working to figure this out. I was there all day and in the end it is still not fixed. They are really scratching their heads on this.

    Mine has been at my dealership for 2 weeks now and no luck. They say they have been working with the ford hotline. Replaced my sat. Antenna and no luck yet. I will let yoy kno wwhat happens.

    Yeah, I have verified it is connected. I have heard that some chips were for the wrong region. I have everything that is in the connected services but weather and traffic.
