    Maybe the battery packs are suspended on welded hangers and the four bolts merely maintain them laterally in the hangers.

    Parked on a hot day in Texas, can the Lightning run the air conditioning to cool down the interior without overheating the batteries. Being stationary, there would be no airflow around the vehicle to help keep the batteries cool.
